Yea no, there are numerous problems you can have that cause ED, for example blood disorders or circulation problems. I was 22 when I started having serious problems, now I'm 45. I was diagnosed with circulation issues by ultrasound, and I also have 2 blood disorders and a blood thickness about twice what is normal range. I lost a lot of girlfriends over this back when there were no treatment options, now there are plenty. I got to the point where I could not get hard enough for sex period, like ever. The only thing that worked was Caverject, the brand name for PGE, and yes it fucking works. Problem is, you don't necessarily get the same sensation as having a normal erection, it was hard but not very sensitive. On top of injecting it, it was just all down sides to it.

At 45 I'm back to the sex drive I had before I started having the problems. It took years of new drug options, and testing to see what worked, and what I could even afford, back in the first days of Viagara it was $10 a pill !!! First, the dosage I took on Viagara for some success was 100mg tabs. Fuck the 25/50 if you have real problems, won't help. I still wasn't anywhere near a normal sex life though....

Then generics started being offered, eventually I worked my way to BlueSky Peptides, the only source I have used for about 2 years straight now. I take CJC/GHRP2 from them, and I think overall that has boosted sex drive some. I take their Tadalafil which is generic Cialis, one ml every morning which is 30mg. On these two alone I get erections all day long, but still they can randomly disappear during sex. In addition to that combo, I now add 100mg a day of PT141 and I am horny all the time. HORNY, you want the sex. Remember with Caverject I wasn't really horny, it didn't feel good to have sex, I was just hard. Eventually I added Cabergoline to the mix and it worked even more. This might not affect your drive though, because GHRP2 is known to increase prolactin, and Caber blocks the prolactin issues.

So that is how I got back to a normal sex life after being unable to achieve an erection hard enough for sex for years. In my last relationship, I had a gf that was basically off the charts sex drive, and she really wanted it ALL the time. When the weekends would come that we knew we would be alone without distractions, I would double my dose on both Tadalafil and PT141 by taking one dose morning, and a second evening. Doing that we basically would turn into porn stars all weekend long. God Bless the supplement companies

A word of warning, the PT141 takes hours before it's effective, not really sure exactly but I'd say 4+ hours. If the gf and I were going to have a chance to hookup say Friday after work, I would always shoot it Thursday night, and Friday morning. Oh and BTW this is a subQ shot, not a dick shot, it is painless.

Wow! Great reply my friend. Thanks so much for taking the time to express your personal hurdles and experiences. I am still young, and I am wanting to get over this hurdle. Even if it means not "enjoying" sex temporarily just to have some piece of mind and just get a reaction to make my wife feel good then I am OK with that until I get things figured out in the long run. Don't want to lose someone over something so ridiculous.

you might wanna try that first. another plus is you would be ready to perform whenever unlike with pge-1.

No PGE-1 is completely localized. Just like if I inject my bi-cep it feels like it has been inflated. Guys this works on injecting their dicks will simply have a hard on if they like it or not. As you say unlike tadalafil or mt2 (pt-141) this stuff literally has to be injected just before you have sex.

Suggestion, and I hope this isn't too explicit for you. Circle the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger, and trap some - not a lot - blood in that bad boy. Find your injection location, clean it well, and inject while holding the blood in the penis. Then massage the penis, getting the injection distributed in the CC. Use a 30Ga pin. I noticed a difference switching from 29Ga, just a lot smoother. Also, the injections do not hurt.

Some are non-responders, fwiw. I find that I have I have to inject 40mcg of any brand for a full, 1 hour erection. But, for that hour, I have a towel holder.

Some guys do have to use a cock ring as well. There's a veinous leakage condition, I think, that causes the blood to leak out. I wouldn't use one to start, and I think I'd always use one that can be snapped off with a full erection, just to be safe.

Some guys also complain that the quality of the erection isn't great, in that while the shaft gets rock and engorged, the glans tends not to - I'd think a glans ring would fix that there right up. It's definitely a different erection than using a PDE5 inhibitor.

sry i thought u were in the mood just couldnt get an erection. if ur not in the mood thats a whole different thing thats ur libido. that means that it could be psychological. if ur not in the mood and you need to have sex cause ur girl than pge-1 is the way to go. if ur in the mood and cant perform(get hard) than id try mt2/tadalafil first.

Not quite sure how to describe it, but it definitely feels different - not bad or anything. Maybe it's the way the blood flows - the shaft where the CC is located gets so engorged, but the glans and corona do not?

BTW, there are some good videos on how to inject Caverject floating around youtube. Don't be afraid to experiment with injection spots, following the guidelines. I have much better success injecting just a bit further up the shaft as opposed to close to the body - I'm only talking about 1/2 -1" difference in location, but it really helps.
