For this week I decided to eat fish instead of meat.
There's no real reason, I'll just see if anything changes and if I can add some fish to the diet and have another source of protein.

1kg of cod per day over 4 meals
170 g of protein - 870 kcal

in the fifth meal I will take egg white

Oh Jesus I ate so much cod when I was cutting as natty that I prefer to eat paper all day than that
