LOL!!! I have actually heard those words before back in the day.

i did try 5-8iu of humulinr pre workout many years ago. it is very hard to control and i would not reccomend it to anyone. you HAVE to get your workout done before it fully kicks in and still you have to take in so many carbs it just makes you fat. i beileive almost pro had a protocol that worked well.
