Question for the GH Gurus!

Hands, wrists, shoulders. It can be a real bitch if you start too high.. (especially a beginner). Even 2iu of Rips from 2011 put my shoulders in serious pain the first time I dabbled. For weeks, til I got used to it..whenever I'd lay down my shoulders hurt like absolute hell.

I have done 3 long GH cycles so im ready for whatever happens, i hear what you are saying though. I always get it in the hands, and once back in the day my knees would hurt walking up steps. That was from green top eli's a few years ago, now i have TP's Greys.

I'll deal with it, im greedy i want my results ASAP !!! Wanna lean out a bit then hit it with some slin...
 
Hey Concreter. I have run GH several times. I usually ran 4 iu's per day 5 days per week, then sometimes i would up the dosage for a short amount of time. I want to give these Grey's a run at 5 iu's for a while and see how the results are. Im just going to have to deal with the sides... Then when i lean out a little more i might do 10 iu's pre workout with some slin....

Sounds like a good run.
Doing something similar this December but 10ius traing days, LR3 post wkout prior to a day off.
40 ius's of Mexi replacements and 300mcgs lr3 a week.

Im going to do the GH like that once i lean out a bit. I dont want to touch slin until im leaner, but then ill run 10iu pre workout with the slin. I have some LR3 in the fridge im waiting to run, ill prob run it when i run the slin because it makes me so hungry i wont be able to lean out on the LR3.

Why do you run the LR3 before off days? I might do that. Im gonna try and only lift 3-4 days with the GH and Slin and then do cardio on the off days.
 
Lr3 is active for like 36 hrs. It will cancel out all mgf produced during a workout in that same time frame.
I can eat my most on Lr3 days and still see recomp. Lr3 scavenges micros constantly while active.
 
Gotcha ill give that a try. I usually just did it 5 days a week post workout.
