Curious as to what degree genetics play in AAS's role on acne. For example, is it like MPB where some people can run 2gm's a week and have no hair loss, but if you are prone to MPB, AAS speeds up the process.

I'm sure, like everything else, it really depends on the individual. I am getting ready to do my first blast this coming year so I guess I'll find out. Is acne prevention a staple for most of you guys or do a lot of you just not have to deal with it at all?

Seems counter intuitive to risk your health to look better physically, only to covered in cystic acne.

Yep - genetics. Some guys run very little and break out horribly, others run a ton and rarely have a pimple.

Use backing soda how?

put a couple heaping spoonfulls in your palm, run some warm water just enough to make the consistency into a wet sand, rub it into your face for about 2 minutes

it will sting a bit at first because its cleaning out your pores

for under $2 USD you have one of the best solutions for facial skin care

for a kicker use an electric toothbrush and go in circles while the baking soda is applied, BOOM your skin is exfoliated and feels like a babies ass when your done

i just saved you $100 + that you would pay to get a salon to do it

1 month ago my back was insane... i could not even train with a tank top because my shoulder/back was pretty much like "burned", countless BIG blood pimples, my shirt was full of bloodstains after workout...out of control.

After 1 month of 10% benzoyl peroxid gel, everything is under control. I have less than 5 "new" small pimples (i'm still ON), i still have acne scar but it take times (or UV ) to disappear.

I can now train back with a tank top, and have bloodstains way less often.

Same exact thing here man. The blood stains suck.

i am in the same boat.

got some benazmacin (spelling?) cream from my doc which is benzolye peroxide and some antibiotic, twice a day it really helps but can be costly for areas the size of shoulders compared to the face which most people will use it for.

Also I take 2tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day and that is supposed to help. Oh yeah and 40mg of accutane at the moment.

I have been hearing great things about them. I am going to give MP a try they are cheaper.

Accutane just seems problematic while on aas Imo....

Turmeric, b5 500mg pills 10 a day, olive leaf extract, msm.

Topical: hibiclens cleanser, acne body wash, 10% benzoyl peroxide lotion. Sea breeze toned.

I never had Acne my whole life.

When I jumped on my first cycle, my shoulders, back, and chest go covered in acne, especially since it was winter. Luckily my face stays fine!

I even use 10% benzol peroxide, but it doesn't seem to help much.

Might be more than just bacterial then.

Use that but use 10/500mg pills vitamin b5 a day for a week then drop to five pills. Dries ur oil glands up almost as good as accutane.

See a dermatoligist and get some amoxicillin . Seems to clear me up quickly.

let me know if it worked for your shoulders, i too have acne there but dont care as much as it comes and goes
