Any suggestions on any good steroid podcasts or bodybuilding podcast on Spotify to listen to while doing cardio on prep?
They've branched into several different podcasts under the "Think Big Bodybuilding Network": "It's Just Bodybuilding", "Drugs N Stuff", "Blood Sweat & Gear", and "Muscle Minds". Along with some independent features, coaching q&a's etc.Broderick Chavez has one I think, but it may be a subscription type of deal, worth looking in to. Also, Scott Stevenson and Scott McNally discuss a lot, but I am not sure how often they are making new pods. Muscle Minds I believe it is/was called.
Great info thanks manThey've branched into several different podcasts under the "Think Big Bodybuilding Network": "It's Just Bodybuilding", "Drugs N Stuff", "Blood Sweat & Gear", and "Muscle Minds". Along with some independent features, coaching q&a's etc.
All really great podcasts.
That's not one I'm familiar with, sorryGreat info thanks man
I don’t know how this community views him because I’m not really into the drug scene, and I feel like there was a period where people thought he was a clown, but I do follow Alex Kikel on insta, and he is always talking about compounds and stuff. Possibly worth checking out his content?

"Anabolic Bodybuilding" is one of the very best IMHO, really transparent info
This is for certain him and Dan the bodybuilder from Thailand. LolIf you want a cynical laugh check out "the steroids podcast" - the guy is a complete moron - nothing he says is worth following and the whole thing is so cornily produced.
Again for pure comedic value NOT for educational value!
Yep! I discovered Paul's work about 2 months ago and I really enjoy the content. Also found "Coach Kolton Red" through that podcast and he is a really sharp young man with encyclopedic knowledge of biochem at times. Are you talking about Paul Barnett's "Anabolic Bodybuilding"? If so, agreed, he puts out solid good fundamentally sound content. It's just hard at times to stay engaged with his monotone voice. But he knows what he's talking about, and he doesn't go outside of the parameters of his understanding and knowledge of the game, even though his knowledge is extensive.
