They aren’t active here so I would email Nick. I just use them for bloodwork and Nick is great with communication. If I were to go the legal script route Cratus would be my choice

We typically don't just automatically prescribe an AI with our TRT. This is kind of the old school approach. Because of the benefits of estrogen, we prescribe anastrozole if estrogen side effects start to present.

Why would a TRT clinic offer HCG if getting on TRT is for a lifetime because levels have dropped?

Some people like having normal testicular size and some want the option of having children despite being low T - would be my guess.
