I get my b12 from germany. Human grade 1cc amps its over the counter there. So is injectable. B1 B6 and vitamin C

I imagine my method isn't the most efficient, effective or of highest quality but i personally know when i get whatever cheap priced b12 tabs from walmart target etc and dose high enough like 2mg+ (2000mcg+)/day they get my hunger going pretty good, i notice with the time release versions too i have good success of constant hunger through out the day and all that for 5-10 bucks for cpl month supply that doesnt break the bank

made an appt with my doc, what do I ask him to check for? or just tell him I cant eat? Ive been to several doctors before and told them I cant eat and they have never been able to help so maybe if I knew what to tell the doctor to look for it would help?

I was never told about a "proper protocol" but was told several times that Synthelamin is used once a week at 2ml per week. Hard to get that wrong.

If you started out just shooting 2cc a week without loading up then what I would do is start all over with 1cc a day for 7 days then go to 1cc every 3-4 days. Give this 2 weeks and if nothing then you might wanna have your liver/blood work done like BigA said as well as the rest of the guys. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Cool thanks for the advice. Im going to see my Dr. tomorrow, once Big A suggested it could be my liver i called and made the appt. If everything is fine ill be back here asking for more advice

drops. Are you running anything liver toxic atm?

All you should have to ask the doc is make sure they check your liver in
the blood test. But if you need to be specific ask for the following values
to be included.

Thanks for the reply. Ive had this appetite problem for over a year now. Right now Im just on hgh and 40mg/day of anavar. I take milk thistle whenever I take anavar.

Doc called me, he didnt say anything was wrong with my liver, but he said my testosterone is dangerously low so he prescribed me Androgel, a testosterone gel that I rub on my shoulders once a day.
