It has done good things for my nagging shoulders. Going to try it on the knees soon. That will be the real test.
Here's my experience with BPC-157 and TB-500 so far.
I've been a natty my whole life until April 2016, when I turned 41 and started TRT. In May 2016, I added LGD-4033 and MK-677 to my TRT cruise of 175mg Q 5 days. My strength increase was AWESOME! For the whole month of May I trained heavy and made great gains, strength and muscle. But unfortunately, my joints couldn't keep up. I ended up with medial epicondylitis (golfers elbow) on my left elbow.
For the month of June, the pain was at the point where just washing my face in the morning was dreadful. Not wanting to waste my gains, I trained around the injury all June, but it wasn't getting any better. Started getting bummed out, losing my strength gains and reading that golfers elbow takes awhile to heal.
July comes, I continue to train around the injury and cut down my days in the gym, coupled with the "Flexbar" rehab exercises. 2 weeks with the "Flexbar" and less days in the gym, my elbow got a little better (From 30% to 50% efficiency). But it's not fully healing. So I rested from the gym the last 2 weeks of July and focused on the "Flexbar" exercises.
August comes, and my elbow is at 90%! Starting to feel good again! Then went grocery shopping, lifted a case of bottled water into the shopping cart and elbow pain is back. Left elbow efficiency is back to 50%. First week of August, I'm back in the gym training around the injury and continuing "Flexbar" exercises.
August 11: 1st dose TB-500 2.5mg subq abs
August 12: 1st dose BPC-157 250mcg subq to injured site
August 13: 2nd dose TB-500 2.5mg
BPC-157 250mcg BID
August 14: BPC-157 250mcg BID
August 15: 3rd dose TB-500 2.5mg
BPC-157 250mcg BID
August 16: BPC-157 250mcg BID
Today: 4th dose TB-500 2.5mg
BPC-157 250mcg BID
7 days into it, no rest from the gym since August 1st, just working around injury (NO dips, pull-ups, bicep curls) and continuing with "Flexbar" exercises, elbow is now at 75% efficiency. I can definitely feel it helping my elbow! If healing continues at this rate, I should be back to my normal routine within the next week or two (weighted dips, pull-ups, bicep curls) I will follow up in another 7 days.
