i am thinking once back up to 240 lbs if my calves still remain to look like twigs then ill use on calves only so i am keeping an eye on your progress for it will help me understand the whole aspect of the syntherol use good luck by the way sounds like you are well educated on the subject man keep it up

havent measured in a few days but they are full and huge,I will be posting pics soon,i love this stuff the pain has gotten to be very little but i liked it better when it ached real bad.havent had much bruising at all.

Pics man Pics. Cant wait to see the change. I hope you can keep us updated on how long the size change lasts. I'd assume the stretching of the fascia will allow for long term size change post usage. Just curious if some size will be reduced over time.

Syntherol is the best product of its kind. My training partner just finished bicep and triceps with Syntherol and his arms looks spectacular. Big and full and not fake looking at all. I'm going to pick some up soon for myself.

glad to hear about the minimal bruising! Sounds like ur experience has been great so far
