yes i am sleeping better, much better, but onyl becoz i got a script for zopliclone alwise id be awake all night no doubt
lol im hoping for a good transformation, my diets been lazy past few days junking out, but hopefuly i can get it back on track, either way im still looking lean
anyways last 2-3 days havent weight trained since ive been wrecked, had a dance festival so didnt eat 1 whole day other then chewinggum, lollipops and a frozen fanta, the second day was a combo of fish n chips n chinese food, third day i was just wrecked so just some cereal and steak
so today was back in the gym and at it

notes: defiantly felt the strength loss from the dance festival from being on my feet all day
also got a new batch of tren and this stuff fucking corks, felt like someone had kicked me in the arse cheeks today, made ti very hard to train legs deep, my whole arse and lower back were tight from the injection pain
