I have been looking for info to no avail about the use of TB4 for performance enhancement. Thermostatically, since you heal faster it would make sense to use to increase performance/ muscle growth. However, I have not seen anyone write anything on it or can not find any research.
Does anyone know if TB is beneficial for muscle growth and performance or just healing? Im about to start some for some tendinitis I cant seem to get rid of. I will post back with feedback.
