What is your training split like?
I can change that every week, but normally legs, shoulders and calves, back, arms and calves, repeat x 2,5 or 3 times a week
I do not train chest, maybe once a week I do an exercise or two with shoulders, but I do not need strength or size in chest.

I would like to hear your gear doses... whatever you are doing is working, even if the doses are low!
they are normal doses...
now I am with 600mg propionate test, 600mg decadurabolin, 600mg primobolan
I would say that they are low for a type of more than 130Kg
Actually I would like to use much more testosterone (1gr is ideal for me), but for a few months I have an acne problem and I can not use more quantity or anything other than propionate test.
I also use insulin cycles and from time to time I add 5UI GH, always Chinese, I never used pharmacy quality.
You say you are training twice a day everyday? What about any cardio , or rest days?
Rest on Sunday, cardio should do, is important, but I do not have more time.
