Uniquinol- dosing

I take 100mg per day.

I am. Been taking PQQ for a while. No noticeable difference but hopefully it's helping our mitochondria like we want it to. PQQ is also one of the most effective supplements for lowering C-Reactive protein.



It is common for Ubiquinol to keep you awake at night. I always take it in the morning. If I have a second dose, it's late afternoon.



I'd never heard ubiquinol can keep you up at night. I've been taking it nightly for years - will switch to AM dosing and see if I notice any differences in onset or quality of sleep.

My sleep could be better. I sometimes have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I just never thought CoQ10 could be playing a role.
 
It has never bothered my sleep. But I take melatonin as well. Since it has so many benifits besides helping you sleep. People that take it have slightly lower BP etc.

Yea man, google it. It is a relatively common side effect if taken too close to bedtime.
