I got sorta fed up with all the guru types that seemed to be populating the board.
I felt myself getting bitchy, so I needed a break for a while. It is good to see a thread like this, because as we both know....eating is damn near the whole battle.

2 whole tomato, whole avo.
evoo and balsamic.

6 wings.
i make the sauce.
evoo, granulated garlic, grated parm.

I snack on fruits and like a diet soda a day but here is kinda how a typical day is....

This is a pretty typical breakfast for me lately:
Meal 1
3 whole cage free eggs
4-5 turkey sausage links
fruit (watermelon or strawberry or grapefruit, oranges, are the usual)

Meal 2
steak
asparagus or spinach

Meal 3
cottage cheese w/ fruit

POST WK OUT SHAKE: 1.5 scoop whey, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk

Meal 4
cod or chicken
white rice or potatoes
veggie stir fry with the rice

Meal 5
chicken fajitas: low carb tortillas, picante, cheese

Meal 6
this is where it can start falling apart.... sometimes half a box of cereal, 4-5 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and honey (so good lol).... I will eat all the candy in the house if there is any.... oh, Eggo waffles I will sometimes eat the whole box.... basically I will eat anything I can find that is as close to crap food as possible (prob is we don't have much of that in the house so bread, honey, pb is used in creative ways lol)

I can't drink yingling! Last time I had that was at a Grateful Dead show in Pittsburgh in 1992. I had the WORST hangover the next day! Of course, it could have been the LSD and shrooms, coupled with like 6 yingling and 3 big beers in the show. Or the pot I smoked.

lol.....this is why i cant EVER EVER EVER drink gin again either.

Over here you can get chicken breast cheap in some places. Swiss chicken is very expensive but they had 500g packs on sale for about $15 so I bought 2. I tend to swop meats every meal but I just cooked 1 pack so my next 3 meals will be chicken, peppers and mushrooms cooked in coconut oil. I also seasoned them with a mix of salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika and cayenne pepper. I had lamb in a big salad earlier (with beetroot, pickle, carrot and onion). For my first meal I had turkey breast with a grapefruit afterwards. I have also had 2 synthepure smoothies... 1 with an apple and the other with some strawberries...

By the way Tenny I can only imagine how bad Guinness must taste in the US. Dev sent me a pic the other day with him drinking a can of guinness. Cans of guinness taste like utter crap and I love guinness. The bottles are the same. Guinness is a weird drink. Even the draft in a pub in the UK doesn't taste the same as in Dublin. Everyone I know who has been to Ireland says the same. It can even vary in pubs across Ireland. Not sure what happens to it during the travel. A pint of guinness in a good pub in Dublin is a great thing... it's like liquid velvet :D Although 5 is about my limit because it is so thick... then it's onto cognac. I should be going to Dublin this Oct :)

Meal 1(5:00)

6 whole eggs + 1 cup egg whites , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar





Meal 2 (8:00)

10oz chicken/trukey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon olive oil , little vinergar , salt , pepper mixed to make a dressing



Meal 3 (11:00)

4oz free range round beef (80/20%) , 6oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 12 asparagus spears , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper , 1 tablespoon coconut oil



Meal 4 (2:30)

10oz Cod , 8 ounces sweet potatoes



Intra shake (4:30)

2 scoops Intra MD



Post workout (6:30)

50 grams whey isolate , 60g HBCD





Meal 5 (7:30)

8oz flank steak , 10 ounces sweet potatoes





Meal 6 (10:00)

Two scoops team skip , 1 tablespoon cashew/walnut butter

I'm a passable cook but my presentation is horrendous so I'll just post the meal plan I've made for myself

I am two weeks out today and haven't changed much since 4wks other than I'm a bit more stingy with HBCDs and cut out all condiments other than hot sauce, mustard and soy sauce

4wks out to show, when I train in the evenings this is the layout:

1. 1scp isolate, 1scp casein, 1/2c oats, 1tsp PB (50p/30c/10f)
2. 6oz white fish (cod/sole/tilapia etc), 1/2c rice, veggies&mustard (45/25/5)
3. 6oz chicken breast, 1/2c rice, 1/2c green veggies, mustard (45/25/5)
4. same as 2
5. 1scp isolate, 1/3c rice cereal, cinnamon and frozen berries (25/30/5)
6. 2scps glycofuse, 25g EAAs, 10g BCAA, etc... (0/60/0)
7. same as either 2 or 3
8. eggwhite omelette w/ lean ground turkey, whole egg, veggies (45/5/15)

300p/225c/50f...

Rice is white jasmine, white fish varies between haddock, sole etc depending on what's cheapest and veggies are mainly frozen broccoli, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, a few green bell peppers and a bit of cauliflower

I do adjust the glycofuse based on training days, usually only one scoops on an arms or easy chest/delts day...two scoops on most back or leg days and potentially a third if it's going to be a killer (usually leg) day
 
Uhm... I just ate a giant plate of beef fajitas and all fixings at a local Mexican place. Chips and salsa and a Margarita. Definitely the weekend diet relaxation night. Keep it pretty strict during the week.
 
2016 Nats prep diet:

Lots of pills and pins then 30 minute cardio fasted.

3 whole eggs, 6 egg whites and half can of pineapples.

Pulled chicken breast in broth.

Pulled chicken breast in broth with half can of pineapples.

2 Rice crispy bars and Interim MD during training.

Pulled chicken in broth with half can of pineapple.

Rice cake with PB on it before bed.

This is my prep that holds me slowly loosing weight and then I do a three day carb up that fills me out and puts about 8 lbs back on. TRUTH!
