I snack on fruits and like a diet soda a day but here is kinda how a typical day is....
This is a pretty typical breakfast for me lately:
Meal 1
3 whole cage free eggs
4-5 turkey sausage links
fruit (watermelon or strawberry or grapefruit, oranges, are the usual)
Meal 2
steak
asparagus or spinach
Meal 3
cottage cheese w/ fruit
POST WK OUT SHAKE: 1.5 scoop whey, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk
Meal 4
cod or chicken
white rice or potatoes
veggie stir fry with the rice
Meal 5
chicken fajitas: low carb tortillas, picante, cheese
Meal 6
this is where it can start falling apart.... sometimes half a box of cereal, 4-5 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and honey (so good lol).... I will eat all the candy in the house if there is any.... oh, Eggo waffles I will sometimes eat the whole box.... basically I will eat anything I can find that is as close to crap food as possible (prob is we don't have much of that in the house so bread, honey, pb is used in creative ways lol)

I can't drink yingling! Last time I had that was at a Grateful Dead show in Pittsburgh in 1992. I had the WORST hangover the next day! Of course, it could have been the LSD and shrooms, coupled with like 6 yingling and 3 big beers in the show. Or the pot I smoked.
today so far-
~830am- 6 whole eggs w some turkey cold cut/ 4 peices of toast w pbj/banana
Trained at 10am- Peri shake w 150g maltodextrin/15g bcaas/10g creatine/2tbs glycerine
~noon- Half chicken w vegetables and mash/ peach
~3pm- Chicken breast with a square of homemade lasagne / plum
6pm- im cooking ribs on the grill, corn on cob, kings hawiian rolls, garlic mash, mangoes (might grill the mango slices, luv that shit)
have a box of turtle brownie mix thats about to go downnnn later with a large protein shake :headbang:

10oz chicken/trukey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon olive oil , little vinergar , salt , pepper mixed to make a dressing
Meal 3 (11:00)
4oz free range round beef (80/20%) , 6oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 12 asparagus spears , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper , 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Meal 4 (2:30)
10oz Cod , 8 ounces sweet potatoes
Intra shake (4:30)
2 scoops Intra MD
Post workout (6:30)
50 grams whey isolate , 60g HBCD
Meal 5 (7:30)
8oz flank steak , 10 ounces sweet potatoes
Meal 6 (10:00)
Two scoops team skip , 1 tablespoon cashew/walnut butter
12oz cooked ground turkey breast
A handful of green beans
Typical evening meal for me right now.

and i was still hungry....
