I train at a local gym that has all the equipment you'd ever want and hardly anyone using it. Kinds sucks not being able to buddy up with someone and share experiences.

We have a small SMALL ass basic hardcore gym monolift dead bar bands chains dumbells to 150s...evrything you need with competition benches rack combo ..best things tghe monolift,,,we HAD a GHR and reverse hyper till self proclamined co owner left over not being on payroll took 10k worth of equipment or so...But were rebuilding...If your ever stuck in MASS and specifically western mass PM me for a great spot
