Where to start? Feedback

I am a sugar addict, as in if I don't have something sweet after 3-4 days I shake like an earthquake.

Maybe you have hypoglycemia? I would suggest smaller and more frequent meals with slow digesting complex carbs in them. Sweet potato immediately comes to mind as does oatmeal, brown rice and quinoa.

Pikiriki make sure you're doing fasted cardio in the morning!

You look good and seem to have a nice degree of muscle...you just need to stick to a diet to bring out the musculature. Consistency with diet, cardio and training is the only way to achieve your goals.

Best of luck and keep us updated on your progress!

Ah yes... Fasted cardio. I'd say try it, throw in an ECA stack, watch the flat fly off [emoji106]🏻

Small progress is better than no progress, right?

You will be shocked with my diet [emoji23] (no rice or veggies)

Mornings would be:
Porridge with almond milk, stevia or
6 scrambled eggs (1 yolk) with some cheese or baked beans from the tin

No snacks between breakfast and lunch.
I would juice some fruits and veggies together and have that.

Lunch:
Grilled chicken breast nothing else with it.
Or 3 chicken drumsticks from the shop already cocked.
Or 2 pieces of grilled salmon with 1 spoon of humus.

Dinner: will have some fruits, if really hungry will have chicken again with pesto cooked in in the oven.

I will stick to this for 3-4 days then muck up big time.
I will be on a cheat day for 3 days in a row:
Biscuits and chocolate croissants are my weakness can have them all day long and drop the food.

I can't stick to a diet for more than 4 days [emoji22]

I think part of your problem is that your not really including any carbs in your diet besides the porridge in the morning. Being so strict with that causes you to crave them and then you binge for several days and ruin your progress. This can't be a "diet" diets are temporary, it needs to be a lifestyle change

I have changed the diet since then. Trying to keep carbs to 150g a day but is hard work.
I am still educating myself on how to eat, what to eat, what works best training wise.
Thank you for the advise

So what does a typical days diet look like for you now?

On a good day (for me) it will be like this:
1 whole egg+5 egg whites fried in coconut oil
1 cappuccino
Lunch: grilled fish or 3 chicken drumstick
500 ml fresh juice (3 carrots, slice of pineapple, 3 celery,2-3 apples)
Multivitamin drink with caffeine when very tired or cappuccino
Dinner: usually nothing as I won't be hungry.

I agree. Consistency is the key.

I behave for a while, then my cravings take over and eat like a pig for a few days then start again as I feel sorry for myself for keep going back to square 0.

When you started this, how did you plan your meals? Did you write down your food for the whole week and stick to it?

So you're only eating two meals a day? I don't know that if call that much of an improvement

You're gonna have to have a set diet plan that you stuck to. And then as you progress and see what works for you and what doesn't it starts to become second nature and you can play around with your foods more

Fair enough. I need to look at it with different eyes.

Absolutely. The food is a means to an end. Constantly being underfed is what's leading you to binge
