Its injectable. It was developed for skin cancer/tanning purposes but the side effect was fierce. PT 141 is supposedly derived just from the boner enhancing part of the mt2. So theoretically pt141 will give you the same boners without the dark skin mt2 can lead to. I haven't actually ever used the pt141 since I got mt2 and that was just so fierce now I usually just use some tadalafil.

What dosage do you run the PT-141 at? Ive read it takes about 4-6 hours to kick in?
