I honestly like to use a insulin syringe 29 gauge 1/2 inch and backload it. I use that on shoulders and quads. Pins smooth. On glutes I use 25 gauge 1 inch.

For me it depends on what my protocol is and what I’m pinning.
If I’m microdosing or doing sub-q I like a 1/2”- 30 ga. - 1 ml. If I and running a typical cycle then I may be pinning 2-3 different aas at the same time. I like a 1” - 23 ga. - 3 ml.

I use 23g 1” to draw then inject with 25g. I use this for more than 1cc volume injections.

I like 27g 1/2” for delts, pecs, and lats.

29g 1/2 is a back up for delts, pecs, and lats but I prefer the 27g.

I use 30g 5/16” for subQ GH and other peptide injections

I use 29g half for everything.

I’ve used 31g but it takes absolutely forever to pin even a water based injectable, forget about oil.

29g is painless for subq and IM. I pin everywhere with that size, even with glutes. Im mostly lean enough, but just to make sure I’m getting it deep I don’t just put the needle in, I bury it deep by pressing it in so that it indents into my glutes.

25g one inch isn’t bad at all I just like 29 better.

23g is okay but I start to notice a little pain, that’s the biggest I would ever go.

I have 18g with 10ml syringes for backloading a lot of 29g at once, but the 18g is bigger than some of my piercings, I would be horrified to pin that.
