Previously on rest days id down a whole large pizza. On the next days run I'd feel strong and fast.I don't really plan a pump anymore but I had pizza night last night with 2 glasses of wine and pizza for breakast that translated into an arm spliting pump this morning.
My recovery meals these days consist of loads of white rice and watermelon.
Now watching documentaries on 100+ mile ultra runners. Shit is amazing what humans are capable of.
