Hi Everyone,
I know I'm a little late to the party, but I'm going to be making some big changes over the next 2.5 months and figured I should enter the contest.
This is my first post here on the forums here; what an awesome board this is! I've been on a few others and this blows them all away by a mile!
I really want to get my training and diet back dialed in how it usually is. I can't believe how much I let myself go, and this is the perfect time to really transform my body again
I'm following a keto diet with a cheat meal at night every 7th day. I'm using a bodypart split, training 5 days a week. I haven't yet added in cardio but will be doing so in the coming weeks.
I will post updates each week when I get the chance.
Can't wait to see everyone's progress!
