Hey everyone so Ive been on here doing a lot of research recently learning about peptides and all of that and my package of 2x 5mg GRHP - 2 and 2x 2mg CJC - 1295 w/o DAC (same thing as mod grf 1-29 right?) came in the other day. 100mcg of each twice a day seems like an optimal dosage for most people and i dont like to deviate form the norm in this area too much.
My goals for doing this are to loss BF and gain muscle, and as im 18 still and my growth plates might still be open and all of that getting an inch or two out of this on my height wouldn't be a bad thing (I know the jurys still out on GH increasing height but that would just be a nice side effect for me, im 5' 10 right now so not short but 6 foot would be nice.)
Right now im an 18 male at 5' 10 170 lbs, around 20% bf. I dont have a specific goal weight wise but getting down to around 15% bf with some more muscle is my general goal.
