I lowered my tren back down to 50mg ed after the couple not so good nights at 75mg. Back to upping it this week so....

man, i can't want to start some medrx test and tren e. i have it sitting here but to bad i have to wait 4 more weeks cause i cleaning out after an 8 months cycle.

Been slacking on my log here with PM slow as fuck last week but all has been going well. Hitting the gym at least 4 days a week and lifts still going up weekly.

Most notable was my standing bb shoulder press (push press really).
Hit 225lbs x 1 yesterday..New PR. That has been my goal for a while.
My deads have been getting back up to where I was before I pulled my back a coupe months ago, should be hitting 450lb again real soon.
Benched 325 x 3 with no spot also, almost back to my record before I tweaked my shoulder months ago.
Squats are still pitiful but im trying...

Up'ed my tren last week back up to 75mg ed with the 250mg of test a week. I have been sleeping great all this past week also. I dont know if its since my test finally tapered down to 250mg a week from the 750mg I was on right before I started the tren or what but all i have been having is some night sweats, no more insomnia finally.

No, not a powerlifter. I pulled my lower back on deads when I was putting the 450 down. I think the shoulder tweak was just from bad form. Both of those were back in May, so i took 5 months off from bb bench, bb shoulder press and deads and switched things up and gave them time to heal. Plus the 150mg of Deca works wonders!!

I mainly do 3-4 sets of lower rep, heavier weight then sets of 10-15 after that. Pretty much Wendler's 5/3/1 Boring but Big program.

oh, ok. well if it's boring, switch it up brotha! try drop setting every set with 6-8 reps upper body and 10-12 lower, it keeps intensity very high, it increases strength at a steady progressive pace, and the pumps are siiiiiiiick!! i've tried a lot of routines, dc training (my 2nd fav), hiit, fst-7, etc. drop setting everything is by far my fav, dc training is just too damn hard on your joints.

Thanks for the advice man. I usually do dropsets on the last set of each movement.
"Boring But Big" is what the 5/3/1 variation is just called. Its pretty much:
3 work sets of 3-5 reps with heavy weight
then
3 work sets of 10-12 reps of the same movement or similar movement with less weight

My Shoulder day on 12/7:
BB Standing Shoulder Press/Push Press
135 x 6
165 x 4
185 x 3
205 x 3
225 x 1 - New PR

135 x 8-10
135 x 8-10
135 x dropset

Lateral raises/front raises superset x 3
Rear delt flys x 3 x dropset
chins and dips x 2 - shoulders were fried

you don't really HAVE to wait for anything bro lol. i'm actually using his test cyp and tren e right now, and i can tell you, you'll LOVE the results!! :headbang:
