Hello,
Though I'd start a blog on here to get as much feed back as possible along my journey!
I started training about 18 months ago with my boyfriend xjpx.
I did my first show this year in May, and came 3rd in the body fitness category. I had to diet down to fit the category, but was stil slightly too muscular, so my goal is the new Physique class, which I'm really excited about
Im doing the BPC UK Champs power lifting comp this year in early September, then the focus after that is to compete late next year in 2013.
I recently got in touch with Shelby, and have arranged to start working with him for a year once my power lifting is over....I cant wait to get started, as I know he can bring amazing results!
Here are a few pictures....
The first two are 4 weeks out from the stage,
And the next two were taken a couple of days before the body fitness show
My training is currently a push pull leg split, with alternating dynamic and max effort days. The assistance work is performed in a rest pause fashion.
My plan over the next few months is to gain more muscle all over, but focussing on glutes and hams to match my quads.
