I think there's probably some sort of caps out there, might help.

You've mentioned two things here, GH and Cinnamon,
Compare and contrast these two things. In terms of overall level, how are they the same, and how are they different?

Often in prison people have attempted to take 3 spoons of nutmeg in order to get the MDA buzz, but it doesn't compare to the drug form.

But anyways, sure, take some cinnamon. Cinnamon's good. And we all know about the contribution of GH to weight loss.
