For the next 2 weeks I'm gonna try Elvias plan with 200mcg lr3 the 4x per week I train. Then I'm going to take a month off to clean my receptors and then I plan do a very serious peptide cycle to diet. I'm getting older so I keep AAS low but like a lot of peps and GH. This is the plan.
4 days per week training days(MTThF). Huper/egcg 3x per day
8am 750mcg ipam/100mcg Mod followed by 1iu humatrope IM
12pm 200mcg hex/500mcg gh frag
Train 1:30pm 50mcg des intra
3pm 50mcg lr3 about 10min before training is over.
3:30 100mcg ghrp2/100mcg mod followed by 1iu humatrope IM
11pm pre bed 750mcg ipam/100mcg mod followed by 1iu humatrope IM and 10mg mk677
Off days huper/egcg 2x per day (wed/sat/sun)
8am pre cardio 750mcg ipam/100mcg mod/250mcg gh frag then 15min later 1.5iu humatrope IM
2pm 400mcg peg mgf
11pm same as 8am protocol
