Was thinking of doing IGF-1 LR.was wondering what type of results anyone has had...looking for fat loss- running IGF alone- not looking for crazy stacks or multiple pins a day...just dont have time but obviously want to make some gains...was going to start 40mcg pwo eod for first bottle. I am injured now, not sure what I did- when i go to do shoulders I get a radiating pain from my scaplula region all the way down my tricep and into my elbow...not sure if I pinched something or what...been out for 2 weeks and can still feel it. i am going to lift tonight for first time, but just using warm up weights, just to keep loose, not trying to re injure stuff. I was wondering if I pulled something if the IGF would speed recovery, or if i should just wait a bit...thnx for opinons...:welcome:
