I currently take 5ius of H/ day for nerve damage caused by discs in my neck and for sciatic pain in leg. It helps me relieve pain and is better than the alternative pain meds and also helps me sleep. My recovery is great when I am doing different activities. Not to mention it helps me stay lean, full & feeling pretty good. I also blast some IGF in the spring when I start training and that also does wonders but not something I take on the reg. Anyone else on here take H for disc damage or pain?
