I've used some igf1 lr3 and peg mgf last cycle to pump up my shoulders a bit and it worked like a charm.
So I want to use it on more muscles.
Would it be okay to work chest, triceps and shoulders and put in 25mcg in every muscle after training, so 150mcg total? Or is that to much?
