shrinking gyno help

i have some gyno in one side. its not terrible but bothers me. ive had it for a while from natural hormone inbalance whuch is why im on trt now. i have read studies where nolvadex can reduce the size of pre existing gyno. i can use advice on how long it should take if its going to work, how much to take and if anyone has had it work for them. i have good letro and nolvadex on hand. any advice would be helpful. if i cant shrink it, ill have the surgery. already had the surgery on other side

I recently ran toremifene for a few weeks and the spot I had under my nipple shrank almost all of the way. Its similar to nolva but stronger from what I read.

had the lump already been there a long time?

personally will vouch for letro and permanent reduction... not a fun or pleasant experience but pays off in the end when the puff lumps and bumps are gone..

you probably seen the protocol in dif boards but you taper up and back down your first and last week running 2.5mg/day until your gyno is gone and just about gone to your liking and your not hurting too much cuz it will fuck with your joints, your overall well being, sex drive, literally crush your estro for the time being but small price to pay IMO...

was your gyno there for a while and then the letro got rid of it? how long did it take?
