Carbs make a huge difference for me. If I want them to pop a few donuts or slices of white bread does it for me every time. Or chocolate. Anything high gi. Sennen Brown rice week do it, just takes a lot longer. As you day though it depends on person I guess. My veins go into hiding if the Carbs not there.Same here, cold = no veins.... I hate the cold lol
I don't thing a ton of carbs are needed though... but this also depends on the person and their bodyfat as well as other dietary factors. I am veiny on low carbs just as much as high carbs...
Sodium for sure. That plays a big role. Sodium and good hydration + low bodyfat
EQ also tends to bring out veins in me
