Igf des, Insulin, calories ( 2 question thread)

I have a couple questions and Id rather not make a few threads.
Please help bros...

1. I normally use des before working out and slin after.
I'm wondering if I should do pre work out slin (everyone says better)
and Igf des post. My issue is that I don't want the igf to mess with my mgf
window. Thoughts?

2. Extra calories. I was considering using mct but is there something else?
I know its healty fat, but I wouldt wanna take during my slin window right?

Des and slin pre. Natural mgf happens post and igf will retard it.

Mcts are used for energy. Use natural peanut butter, olive or mac nut oil, walnuts/cashews/almonds....egg yolks etc.

Take as little fat as possible in your slin window. A minor amount is ok but be mindful of it. 1 or 2 tbsp pb won't turn you into a fatass. Eating 2 double quarter pounders or even five guys for that matter isn't smart in that window.

What Knight said, you want the DES gone out of the system before MGF has to start its activity after workout.

Perfect advice. Sip your intraworkout aminos and gluscose the whole time on that stack.

I like the way your doing it personally but try the slin pre and see what you prefer.

Leg day I do 800mcg des.

Crazy pump. Hypo beyond what I've gotten from slin.
