kratom preworkout

Maeng da , 4-5 grams on an empty stomach
 
I heard this stuff makes you have an upset stomach if you take too much. Is that common? Whats the normal starting dose for beginner?

A good starting dose is about 3 grams .i have used as much as 6 grams of the horned maeng da without any nausea
 
Maeng Da or Horned Maeng Da preworkout. I built up to 4g. Makes cardio fun again.
 
I used 2g Maeng Da and like it better than using the typical stuff. I'd rather pop 50mg of Anadrol and 2g MD
 
Stuff looks interesting, but it sounds more like a drug if anything. Have you experienced any type of side effects?

I have only experienced positive effects of Kratom .i have been using Kratom twice a day since September with a one week break in the beginning of December when I went on a cruise .
 
Seems like there are good and bad experiences with it. The other kratom thread is filled with mixed reviews. Just one more question, is this stuff a powder and you just mix it with water or is it in capsules?

It's available powder or capsule , I prefer the powder
 
Put it this way...I just gave kratom to 10 of my gym members in the past day and they all love it for pre workout!

Maeng da is what we use 3-6g along with perhaps 1/2 scoop of stim based pre workout.....SUPERMAN mode!
 
Taste? What do you use to mix it? Just water or juice?

Best Way to Do It is Toss & Wash with Grapefruit Juice, this method will multiply Kratom's absortion X2!!

MD and Super Malay are my faves before a workout and DAMN What a Rush I Get!!....and If I add the Classic ECA on top of That, Oh My!!!.....:eek:
