AI advice?? Gyno , Acne, insomnia etc..

I've done a ton of research and reading and have tried to figure out what AI to run or at least have on hand with my up coming cycles. I have came up with my opinion, just wanted to see all of yours Seeings I've never had any of the sides until my last cycle. My questions are in your opinion what's the best AI to run to with your gear (I only run tren, EQ ,test,mast ) to prevent gyno, acne, and other sides from that gear. Also is Letro best for killing gyno that has already occurred ? What brand or any sponsors stuff on here you would recommend? Thanks guys

You only need an ai for test since its the only aromatizing compound you run. Aromisin (exemestane) is the best option IMO. Research the benefits and you will see why, it has the least negatives.

If you don't have sides you may not need it. But if you end up using it start low 6.25 ED to EOD.

Also with tren you can get gyno, acne etc, thru prolactin and progesterone. Caber in pill form from man power .5mg twice a week is a good start.

Progestins are a diff story, and mast will lower shbg so less conversion of test to estro so that helps by keeping more T free unbound.

For ai, mp, ergo, oats, rasa.

The best way to "kill" gyno is a good fatloss diet with lower estradiol levels (any AI will do or a SERM). Aromasin would be my choice, but make sure you dose at least daily, I would probably add in a short run of nolvadex also in the beginning...

Aromasin would be my choice. But I would also add in nolva at the beginning to get rid of the current gyno etc.

Personally nolva has always been the best for me when on a cycle or if gyno started developing. 10mg for a few weeks and it's gone.

Aromasin 12.5 every 12hrs dropped my estro from 263 to 109, switched to letro hoping that will get it down in the 12-20 range
