Thats a very small part of my article but it will be a start at least--the main thread on Animals board is 1250 posts i believe and 115000 views.

Don't want to be cheeky, I know a guy needs to make a living!!

But can DG expand a little......diet, training techniques......seem's really interesting and the theory seems really sound.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you go to animals website I think he said he transfered the whole thread to "the realm of doggcrapp and Iron Addict" and opened it up for the masses (no donation required to him)--if you click on "the Realm......" and then look for cycles for pennies--there you go

DC - I read your "cycles on pennies" thread a long time ago (back when it had probably 20-30 pages, LOL!) and just re-reading it now reminds me of all the shit that I'm still doing wrong! So thanks for pissing me off and giving me some fresh food for thought (once again!!)
