Wild duck has a very STRONG taste compared to bought or restaurant duck.

But I eat the shit out of them both.

Something else I see on the regular working in the energy sector. I’ll be inside these large petrochemical refineries. I ride by these retention ponds that are literally filled with 1000’s of whistle ducks. Those ducks sit in this water filled with all sorts of chemicals/caustics. Then they fly off into the marsh. I don’t even wanna think abt what’s in their flesh. Those ponds smell terribly as well.
