Man I’m just having one of those synergistic kind of days. Blast is starting to kick in. Crushed my first meal (need to post in your thread) with Slin. Then pre workout shake with dextrin and more Slin. Walked into the gym with that full pump filling out my 3xl tee to the max. I just fucking love it.

What brand of shirt is this

Just curious because I find so much variation in shirt cuts and sizes it’s insane. Even in sleeve cuts and sizing.
Don’t think I’ve ever come across a shirt that fit me in all aspects

These seem to be fairly consistent. I have at least 15 in that size and fabric blend. Main piece of advice is to hang dry them or they will seriously shrink.

What's your current style of training with the slin?

I don’t change my routine or style because of the Slin. Currently on a 3 day rotation with rest day. Chest/shoulders/tri’s, Legs, Back/bi’s, rest then rinse and repeat. So I’m getting good frequency - hitting each group twice a week and solid volume as I’m in there for 90-120 minutes per session. I generally only go to failure on my top set unless I’m doing the type of exercise where I can easily drop set.

Lol TLF is all my stringers. I have USPS packs unopened in my closet of more just in case these shrink…

Not going to lie. I dry clean all my shirts like that. I don’t trust my house keepers either.

But I do wash all my TLF stuff with no issues. Their Train Like a Freak stuff came last week. Material feels a bit lighter and awesome fit.

I love the bamboo stringers. Been a while since I’ve tried any of their other apparel. Lol I guess the hang drying is working.
