Fast all day eat one big meal when I’m off work i drink milk eat eggs and protein shakes mainly and eat pepperoni stick and beef jerky don’t eat much carbs at all lately if I track my calories I hit 2100 a day that is suppose to keep me on track for weight loss. It is thanksgiving in Canada though so right now I eat leftover. Diet advice for getting shredded and building muscle?Gimme a standard days worth of eating
