Good to you Magnum!! Bless us with a gem. I have a question for you. Over the years of preping individuals for shows, I know you like to go low to no carbs. How long will you have one of your clients on that style of diet? For the duration of the contest prep? Halfway?
Also, do you find that the women tend to be better conditioned than the men? I am thinking back when you had Betty under your guidance. She never looked that great until you pushed her with the diet. Seems to me, especially amongst the top 10-15 Pro ladies..their conditioning is light years ahead of their male counterparts. They do up to 2-2.5 hours of cardio a day; with little muscle loss.
