In my experience with FT. The best tier to be on is the one that is challenging but the one workout is killing you, but 4 in a week will lay you out if calories arnt high if that makes sense. I've played around with different Tiers and now pretty much do the same thing MT is doing without the extra sets.

I´m still sore today, so think the Tier 1 is fine for now.
I also just started out a cut where I´m going hard for the first 3 weeks, because I got time off from work, so I can be sluggish and do many hours of cardio. After the 3 weeks I will ease up the diet a bit and reduce cardio, so then I should be able to maybe go up to Tier 2. Reason is also I want this blast to be 8 weeks, because after the 8 weeks I got a 3 week holiday, so the intensive cruise would be perfect for the holiday.
