You want TMI, I'll give you some real TMI. Vivid descriptions of each BM that will haunt your soul... Be careful Ashoprep, be very very careful
TMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How long was your cruise? We are 6 days in...
I'm up a solid 15 lbs, still have defined glutes, vascular and tight abs and defined quads... I actually put on some shirts that were previously loose on my arms and now they are tight. My lats have some meat to them as well.
It took some time to find the right diet (macro wise) for me and never did I expect to be hovering around 5k calories a day , that's 4 700 - 800kcal meals, one 1000+ kcal meal (PWO), one or two 300kcal shakes, 300kcals intra w/o and a 700kcal meal at 2am
I poop a lot lol
I'm jealous .
If I ate that much, sure I'd be BIG, I'm guessing in the low 200lb range.
I don't even eat 1/2 that amount, prolly closer to 1/3rd.
I'd be strong. But I'd look like a snowball and my BF would be close to 20%.
And that would be the worst thing I could do at this point in my life.
It sucks getting old :banghead:.
But I say GO FOR IT MENTAL!!!!!!!! That's awesome and so are YOU!!!!!!!!!!

MT, I'm trying to hit 180lbs by January... That's 4 months to gain 40 lbs.
I definitely won't be nearly as lean but if I want to be the size I want to be, it's gotta happen

Just did my first FT workout. It was deceiving more difficult than I thought it would be. The lower body loading sets were as expected. However, doing exercises in a superset format created a unique challenge.
It was the pump sets that surprised me. High reps with low reset periods really pushes your endurance. My gym was also too hot, but this all made for a great workout.
Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow.
Wait till your into the program a few weeks, the pumps are sick, and so is the progress
Im in week 1 of my second blast....its probably going to be even better than the first since im a slow learner and it took a bit of a learning curve.
I'm with you on that......a couple days and I'm going to be back at it.
A few minor details I need to stick to, upping the peri-workout calories, adding some set extenders to the pump sets........Looking forward to this next go!
I hear you on that, I started peri with 50gr carbs 20 EAA. Ended the blast witg 40gr EAA 100gr Karbolyn and 45g glycerin. Started out this blast with it and its going good.
Buy week 6 I worked up to drop sets of 5x20 with partials at the end fun times!
How did you blast treat you Dens?
Are you still using FT? Getting good results?
I´m starting today, looking forward to try something new.
Hey Frito,
Thanks for resurrecting this thread!
I sure am still doing the FT.
It has really been a great experience.
I usually do 2 weeks of Turbo Tier 2, followed by 4-6 weeks of Turbo Tier 3,
followed by 2 weeks of Progressive Blasts (just MR work).
I may throw a week of Tier 2 in during the 4-6 weeks of Tier 3, depending on
how I feel.
I haven't yet felt the need for some "time off", I'm really never very sore,
and feel amped up for each session.
The only adjustment I do is that I train all body parts 4 x's week.
My arms seem to like it, so I'm pleased.
If you have any questions, shout out!
There are several Think Tankers doing FT who'd be glad to help.
Have fun!

Thank you for the quick reply
Just got back from the first session, Tier 1 is quick, but when I got home I realized I forgot the whole stretching part, so that might make the session a bit longer. Think I will do Tier 1 for the firs 2 weeks and then move up depending on how I feel.
Hey guys. I'm thinking about giving this a shot.
I train before work so my time is limited except on the weekends.
How long do these workouts generally last?
Thx
