and still had the biggest freakiest legs at the olympia. This guy is a true genetic freak. If he gets in super condition.....lights out game over!

Yeah man seen Ramy couldn't even train his legs this olympia ,man did u see this pics.shit looks pretty gruesome.But as a bodybuilder myself I will deff.be keeping an eye on Ramy over the next few years.

Wow what a champ. He got up there and competed like that, and he didnt even use it as an excuse. Most people would have said something about it before the show, he waited until after.

"I'd like to apologize to all the big Ramy fans. As you probably already heard he did not compete in Madrid at the Arnold Classic yesterday due to his hamstring injury. Ramy tried everything and was already tanned and oiled up ready to get onstage when he realized that the pain was so severe that he could not step onstage and compete knowing he couldn't squeeze and flex the way he needed to in order to be competitive. So he decided to not go onstage. It's an injury that he sustained 4 weeks out of the Mr Olympia and I guess from all the posing at the O and then the long flight from Phoenix to Madrid made it even worse. He is very sorry and wants you all to know that he tried his best but sometimes even a warrior spirit is not enough and some injuries just need time to heal. He wants to apologize to the Arnold Classic promoters and fans that came out to see big Ramy on stage last night. He will still be traveling to Dubai tomorrow and be there for the fans that expect to see him compete. He won't compete but he will come and be there for his fans representing the IFBB and of course the promoter of the Dubai pro show. I know it sucks but I also know that he will be back better than ever. I wish him a speedy recovery." - Dj

i think DJ is good for Ramy, you can't judge a coaches success with an athlete based on 1 year of working with him from overseas. This time around Ramy has made improvements minus the injury , and on top of that dennis is starting to learn how to dial him in better. give it time ! aceto brought dusty hanshaw in off in 2 out of the 5 years he was competing in national shows, this does not mean jack shit other than they just needed more time to figure out his body. In comparison Kai and Farrah need to part, kai did much better with his old coach, circa arnold classic 09! and has been coming in too big with a gut since working with farah, since kais body holds water and farah uses A LOT of carbs
