Water retention?one of my favs all time, when u got legit NPP u blow up quick,,, seems to work well for me... I like that fast acting part of it too
I got used to the sides pretty quick. Based on my previous experience back when SD was legal I thought I'd go 30 or 40mg on workout days. But with this stuff there's no reason to go above 20mg. Now, that said, I'm probably gonna go 30mg pre-workout the last 4 weeks of my training cycle for this meet.ok update, 2 weeks later.. I know longer get any sides with 10mg , I mean I get the good sides but not the flush feeling, so looks like I may goto 15mg on training days,, strength and fullness is very good, nothing bad to report...
I know some guys 20mg daily... not quite there yet, I feel micro dosing still works best,, 5mg here , 5mg there and so on....
