Ive done it before and I think that it really hurts your cardio. This would depend on you dose though. Think about what clen is going to do to your resting heart rate. Clen is going to raise your resting heart rate and this in return is going to lower your reserves for how far you can raise your heart rate during exercise. If your heart rate is already 90 bpm before you even step on the treadmill then you are at a disadvantage. I felt like I got winded much easier. It is similar to how you feel when youre on tren.
