Hey brothers just wanted to share a protocol I used for improving lipids. The labs were taken a little over two weeks apart. This is while running Anavar@75mg Day with Test, EQ, and Mast.
Cardio: Increased Cardio from 4-5 hours a week to 8 hours a week. Mostly fast paced incline walking with a weighted vest with an additional 3 HIIT workouts/week. These are usually around 15-20mins
Pharmaceuticals: Ezetimibe 10mg Daily. Rosuvastatin 5mg Daily.
Diet: Stayed the same as I already eat very clean except a slight increase in calories from all the cardio.
0 side effects. I hypothesize using Ezetimibe allows a lower dose of a statin to be effective but I'm really not sure which of the 3 had the biggest effect.
