Okay not sure if you were being sarcastic. This mechanism seems counter productive honestly as I am too tired to do anything but sleep. Might have to get on the Menzer pre contest stack to keep myself awake haha
 
Just do the cardio. Your thread title is what got ppl on you. You are on a professional BB board and are basically bitching about cardio. Do the cardio, it will wake you up too.
 
I’m thinking today just calling it a day and eat a couple eggs and that’s it. Probably 600 calories or so and head off to sleep

Eat less to lose fat.

I’ve never been above 15% in my life and I maintain 9-11% year round just with diet and daily steps.

There is literally nothing more to basic fat loss and muscle retention beyond limiting calories and lifting.

It only gets technical when you try to rush things or are at a very advanced level.

Awesome sounds simple to me. cardio just for health but fat loss from simply eating less. I’ll just eat around 2500 calories during my lazy weeks and bump it up once I get my sleep and energy sorted out
 
This week I’ve been sleeping too much lol idk if it because of the lack of sleep last week or that I started taking 100mg winstrol 5 days ago. I shouldn’t feel this tired though
I have no insight into your routine, diet and other gear usage but the Winny could be taxing your liver which is making you tired.
