Apparently my body loved the 3 bingers I went on this past Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday. I have had a constant full body pump ever since and just completely full and veiny. Don't seem to have spilled over either. Not sure if placebo or my body is just responding super fast, but I think I am slowly beginning to feel the blend kick a bit based on my workouts, food processing, and how I feel. I've never been a believer in the "you won't feel long esters for at least 3 weeks" theory. If the shit is good, you'll feel it sooner rather than later. Will it be full blast? No, but you will feel it.
Even after the 500 carbs and 4000+ kcals yesterday, I still went to bed starving. I hate my appetite.
Cardio done this morning, normal training day menu today, and a quad focused leg workout today. Smoked it. I feel like i killed myself, but I left the gym feeling like I could do more which bothers me.
