after my 2nd shoulders prothesis, i will continue the rest paus set but the first at 20 or 25 reps
with a slow 4s eccentric for each reps.

I have had numerous shoulder operations and now train with time under tension. I feel that I am getting better workouts with a lot less weight. I don’t want to reinjure my shoulders for the doctor told me that the next operation on either shoulder will be a reverse shoulder replacement. So the 4 second eccentric sounds like a good idea to me.
