That's simply the name (Astragaloside IV). There's a bunch of brands on Amazon if you want to buy a standalone product. I'm using Nootropics Depot, but have also used a couple bottles of the Leviathan Nutrition kidney supplement shown in the video above.

Does the Astragaloside IV have blood work to support that it works?

I have no clue why anyone would use anything aside from Vitamin Shoppe brand since it's been shown to work on bloods over and over.

For me, not yet. I began recently.

I plan to in a couple of months ~ after at least 2 months of use.

I wish I knew. lol.

If I were to guess, probably uncontrolled BP issues for a long time before my dumb ass realized I wasn’t Superman. I also used PWO’s more than I should have when I was young.

Who knows though.

I don’t really check the other common boxes like obesity (or even being that big 230 at 6’), using rec drugs, don’t have diabetes, I eat super clean and remain hydrated, don’t use Tren and have never been a high dose juice user.

I’m really not trying to be biased here because he’s a member, but @emeric delczeg EcdyGrowth is where I would start.

You need rebuild your HPA-Axis and work towards a more sustainable approach IMO.

You could try Modafinil. It's not something you probably want to be using every day forever either but it's a big step down from Adderall
