Curious what everyone’s go tos are?

I’ve just been salting my water (1g per every liter or so) but getting a bit tired of drinking salt water.

Anyone have any recommendations? Most seem to be very expensive and not even very high in sodium.

Trace Minerals or BodyBio. Can’t go wrong with either one IMO.

Comes out to around 1,450mg Sodium, 350mg potassium, 66g carbs… And tastes fucking amazing..

This is what I use during my grappling sessions, works like a charm..

edit to add, if anyone here ever does a 24-hour or longer water fast, LMNT has an unflavored option that won't fuck with the fast but will give the necessary electrolytes so you don't experience the downstream effects of electrolyte depletion 12+ hours in

I prefer to buy powders in bulk and just add in Natrium, Kalium, Magnesium and Carbs (Dextrin for me) to an adequate amount of water. The flavouring systems all just taste weird to me that companies use to flavour their electrolyte mix drinks, and they often have just not enough of a particular ingredient I need. Bulk Powders on Amazon has decent deals.

It is way cheaper too!

I shouldn't necessarily have to say this...but I have no affiliation with the product except his pre workout is what I have used since 2013...and while always striving to find a better formula, everything has come up short in my eyes. Some beat it on paper - but nothing beats it in real life.

Back to the electrolytes...brothers, you don't need a gram of sodium in your electrolyte product.
You need a strong balance of potassium to sodium. You also need a quality magnesium and a healthy amount of chloride.

The best formulation on the market is the new Jym Hydration. Stoppani also included Ashwagandha and L-Theanine.. he is two steps ahead.

Haven’t seen it but I’m looking for the same. Propel would work too.
